Denmark
Prices
All prices at LYKKELAND atelier are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.
Payment
We accept Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will be charged to your account only when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out or discontinued items.
For payments via Anyday, the first payment is charged when the item is shipped. Then you pay a monthly installment on the last working day of the following three months. The installment amount depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. We ship daily Monday to Friday. Most packages are delivered the next day, but delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
On-time delivery depends on DAO, UPS, GLS, and PostNord meeting their commitments. We are not responsible for delays caused by these carriers. For missing deliveries, contact us at hello@lykkelandatelier.com.
When choosing GLS Flex Home Delivery, where your package can be left without you being home, both LYKKELAND ateliér and GLS disclaim responsibility once the package is delivered. It is recommended to provide a safe place where GLS can leave the package out of public view to reduce the risk of theft.
Holidays and Peak Periods
Delivery times may be longer around holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday. To ensure your gift arrives before Christmas, please order at least 6 days before Christmas Eve.
You must contact us within 5 days after receiving your order if you have any complaints or issues such as missing items or errors. Contact hello@lykkelandatelier.com.

Since December 2024, our showroom is open so you can pick up your online order or try our LYKKELAND ateliér collection. Opening hours vary, so please contact us to book a time slot.

Delivery outside Denmark
We deliver only to Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany via GLS.
Shipping cost is €15.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, please email us at hello@lykkelandatelier.com with the following information: name, order number, description of the complaint, and a photo of the issue.
When purchasing as a consumer, Danish sales law applies. You have a 24-month warranty period. Contact us before returning the item. If the complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the case.
You must report defects within a "reasonable time" after discovery. Complaints reported within two months of discovery are always considered timely. If the complaint is justified, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Always return items in secure packaging and keep your shipping receipt.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Returns:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the returned items. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-5 business days and notify you by email. Contact us within 5 days if there are discrepancies between your return and what we process.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, LYKKELAND atelier offers a €2 (approx. 20 DKK) refund on return shipping when using the code "Lykkeland20" at Returpakke.dk.
You are liable for any damage during return shipping. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing delivery. If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us unclaimed, a fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your order.
For EU returns, we recommend UPS. Use the link to find the nearest UPS Access Point.

We only accept packages sent directly to the above address. We do not collect packages from parcel shops or lockers. You may also return items in person at this address by appointment.
Condition of Returned Items:
If the product has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, or function, you may only receive a partial refund. The reduction depends on the product’s commercial value and may result in no refund. You may try on clothes as you would in a fitting room but not wear them as regular use.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging. Missing original packaging may reduce the item’s value.
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded for returned items, minus any value reduction. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
