How to wear

When putting on shapewear, you should ALWAYS put the product
on from the bottom up. Feel free to sit down on a chair and put the product on feet first, one leg at a time, pulling the product up over the knees and thighs and then drawing it up gently. Once the product is on, it can be helpful to adjust the stomach/waist and seat beneath the shapewear so you feel just the right comfort and support.
